A 9 month gathering of women for women.

Autumn Equinox is the perfect time to begin our monthly circles.
Gather. Connect. Release. Restore.
We are calling all Women and all identifying as female to join us and commit to our 3rd cohort in these monthly circles to deep see dive within and compassionately see ourselves in one another.
Join Kylee Dawn and Mardi Dauphinee as they welcome you in a supported space through the seasons. Gently experience the edges of your comfort through group shares, meditation, somatic movement, drum journeys, journaling and more.

This is an intentionally crafted series, inspired to go deeper into the fabric of creation. This is a five part series, that will coincide with the seasons to ignite and authentically connect with the energies of the Medicine Wheel.

Inner Journey’s Ecstatic Dance - Journey Through the Chakras | Class 1 of 7-week Series
Inner Journeys invites you to join us for an Autumn Ecstatic Dance series, “Journey Through the Chakras”.
This is an 7 week transformational series dedicated to activating the energetic portals of dance, movement, sound, breath and stillness. Each week we will dive into the embodiment of an individual chakra, exploring it’s physical, energetic and psychological characteristics, conscious breathwork, and chakra alchemy.
You will embark upon a full body awakening and remembrance of Self. Leave feeling inspired and uplifted!

To those who are called to the transformational power of movement, music and breath…or are curious about the connection between body and mind…we invite you to take a journey through the 4 elements of earth, water, fire and air, using the vehicles of dance and breath to transport you through an exploration of personal discovery, self-awareness, healing and remembrance of your true essence.
Each week we will dance to awaken and activate a specific chakra center and embody the correlated element, beginning with an introduction to pranic breathwork, the power of intention, and energetic awareness.
